A good book takes children to new places, enchanted lands, and even worlds of fantasy. When children delve into lives of characters, they better understand the world. A good book can speak with children, bringing inspiration and excitement to their lives.
一本好书，能够带着孩子上天入地，认识世界；一本好书，能够循循善诱，激发孩子的活力与创造力。
翻开苏斯博士的书，奇思妙想中总有着奇妙的色彩搭配（黑水，白天，绿色怪鸟的粉色头发，色彩斑斓的手套等），让孩子们的眼珠子都要掉出来的冰淇淋和红色樱桃的大蛋糕，蓝色帽子一样的蘑菇，在房子上方漂浮着的游泳池......这些千奇百怪的想法和五彩缤纷的色彩在让孩子们捧腹大笑之余也激发了他们的想象力。
In America, the month of March is National Reading Month. The start of this begins on March 2, with the birthday of one of the most beloved children’s book authors of all time – Dr. Seuss.
As the first kindergarten to introduce Dr. Seuss books in translation, Little Oak Children’s House celebrated Dr. Seuss week by bringing to life the stories at school.

Throughout the week, children analyzed Dr. Seuss books, finding great delight in the zany rhymes and silly juxtapositions. Inspired by their reading of Dr. Seuss books, children wanted to write their own silly stories. Children learned to write poems with rhymes, drew wacky illustrations, and added silly juxtapositions to create their own works. Children wrote poems and posed questions.
From Dr. Seuss, children not only experienced the love of reading, but also the joy of writing.
在这一周里，通过苏斯博士绘本的深度阅读，孩子们在滑稽的押韵里，搞笑的并列句里，收获了不一样的愉悦，同时也激发了他们自己创作英文故事和诗歌的想法。
